Technical data. The server records the IP address, the date and the type of browser - standard logs needed to run and secure the website.

Visit statistics. Only with your consent. The data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

Cookies

Essential cookies - they remember your consent decision and keep the basic functions of the site working. Without them the site does not work properly, so they do not require consent.

Map and directions - embedding a map from an external service. The map is loaded only after you give consent or deliberately click the „Show the map" button.

Visit statistics - anonymous information about which pages are viewed.

You can change your decision at any time: open cookie settings.

How long we keep the data
We keep correspondence about enquiries for as long as it takes to deal with it, and afterwards for the period required by accounting regulations if the service was provided. Server logs are overwritten on a rotating basis.
Who we share the data with
The data may be processed by the providers who support the hotel technically: the hosting and content management system provider (Twoje-Miasto Sp. z o.o.) and the e-mail provider. They act under data processing agreements. We do not sell data and we do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.
What rights you have
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Consent to cookies can be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out earlier.
External services
The site contains links to external services: Facebook, Instagram, Booking.com and maps. Once you follow them, the privacy policies of those services apply, over which we have no influence. No content from these services is loaded on our site without your consent.
